What’s included in a Standard Clean?

Our Standard Clean is designed for homes that are maintained regularly.
It includes:

Living Areas & Bedrooms

  • Vacuum/sweep/mop floors

  • Remove cobwebs

  • Dust all surfaces

  • Dust ceiling fans & light fixtures

  • Dust blinds & vents

  • Wipe window sills

  • Wipe door frames

  • Clean knobs & switches

  • Make beds (upon request)

Bathrooms

  • Clean & disinfect sinks, counters, toilets, showers, tubs

  • Clean mirrors

  • Dust light fixtures & vents

  • Wipe cabinet exteriors

  • Empty trash

  • Clean knobs & switches

  • Sweep & mop floors

Kitchen

  • Clean counters, sinks, stovetop

  • Wipe exterior of appliances

  • Clean microwave inside & out

  • Dust light fixtures & vents

  • Wipe cabinet exteriors

If the home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in the last 30 days, please book a Deep Clean.

Our Deep Clean includes everything in the Standard Clean plus:

  • Baseboards detailed by hand

  • More detailed scrubbing of bathrooms & kitchen

  • Extra time spent on buildup, corners, & high-touch areas

  • Interior window sills deep cleaning

  • Door facings & door frames

  • More detailed dusting

Recommended for first-time clients or homes needing extra attention.

This is our most detailed cleaning, ideal for empty homes.

Includes all deep cleaning items plus:

  • Inside cabinets

  • Inside drawers

  • Inside closets

  • Inside appliances (fridge, oven, microwave)

  • Interior window sills & frames

  • Wipe all reachable walls (spot cleaning)

  • Baseboards detailed

  • Vents dusted

  • Doors & trim cleaned

Home must be empty and have running water & electricity.

Yes — we offer a complete STR turnover service including:

  • Hotel-style reset

  • Laundry service (if machines are in-home)

  • Restocking (if supplies provided)

  • Change of linens

  • Photo-ready staging

  • Host damage reporting

We can also create a custom checklist tailored to your property.

How do I book a cleaning?

You can book online 24/7.
Our online booking shows instant pricing, lets you choose your service, customize extras, and pay securely.

No — most customers are not home during service.

You can:

  • Leave a code

  • Leave a key

  • Leave the door unlocked

  • Or be home, whatever you prefer

We only ask that pets are secured for their safety and ours.

It depends on:

  • Home size

  • Service type

  • Schedule availability

Most homes get 1–2 cleaners, and larger homes may receive more.

If your home hasn’t had professional cleaning in the last 30 days, choose:

or
Standard Clean + First-Time Clean Add-On

Yes, but they must be selected as add-on services during booking.
These require additional time.

We offer laundry only for Airbnb turnovers where machines are in the unit.

POLICIES & BILLING

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer monetary refunds.
However, we offer a free 24-hour re-clean of any areas missed.

  • 24+ hours notice: Free

  • Under 24 hours: $79 cancellation fee

This protects the time we reserve for cleaners.

No — all services are pay-as-you-go with no commitments.
